Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.aesthetiicindia.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 10 -12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
At Aesthetiic, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee. Orders are processed in 10/12 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Aesthetiic India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Aesthetiic India is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
International Shipping Policy
- Delivery timeline depends from country to country
- For India 15 days
- For Middle Eastern Countries 25 days
- For Europe / UK / US - 30 + days might be needed
