Cancellations and Returns Policy
At Aesthetiic India, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with very low chances of flaws. However, in the rare event that a flaw is detected, we offer the following refund policy:
- Product flaws must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must email us with images of the damaged product for reference, along with the date of purchase and shipment number.
- Aesthetiic India reserves the right to deem any product non-returnable or non-refundable to compensate for the hard work of the craftsmen.
- Once a return request is approved by Aesthetiic India, we will notify the customer via email/phone/messages about the return process.
- We make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible, preferably within two weeks of the issue date.
- Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of refund approval from our side.
